Best Western Plus Canyon Pines

Room was in good shape, clean when I arrived and actually I liked that room cleaning service works on demand, so there is no bothering every morning or thinking about when housekeeper will knock on the door.

We had the best welcome at this hotel than any we’ve had on our whole trip. Joel, who was on duty when we arrived, was super helpful and welcoming, friendly and generous. He gave us recommendations for dinner, asked us if we needed anything and gave us complimentary popcorn. Joel was the best! The room was huge and comfortable and the laundry facilities were great. It was a shame we were only here for one night.

Everything was perfect. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming. Some of the staff even took the time to remember my name. It felt like home. Dan was exceptionally nice. My wife works at Disney world in Florida. This hotel gave us better service than a lot of Disney resorts. Breakfast was great every morning and housekeeping was on top of everything. When we left and got on the airplane to come home I met some other people who were returning in March and immediately recommended they stay here. They even let my granddaughter swim in the pool with us because she spent a night at the hotel with us. The two ladies making the breakfast were so nice they walked around talking to everyone. We chose this place because of its location to my daughter’s house. But I never expected this kind of service. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Omg so clean and beautiful great job house keepers you better get a raise for such a wonderful cleaning job you all do! My room was spectacular. The bed was comfy I do think it needs 2 more pillows but other then that I really enjoyed it and will be back and will for sure recommend this place. We stayed here because it was close to Snowbasin ski resort. The hotel was clean, rooms large and the breakfast adequate.
