Best Western Plus Canyon Pines

Everything was perfect. Every staff member was so polite and welcoming. Some of the staff even took the time to remember my name. It felt like home. Dan was exceptionally nice. My wife works at Disney world in Florida. This hotel gave us better service than a lot of Disney resorts. Breakfast was great every morning and housekeeping was on top of everything. When we left and got on the airplane to come home I met some other people who were returning in March and immediately recommended they stay here. They even let my granddaughter swim in the pool with us because she spent a night at the hotel with us. The two ladies making the breakfast were so nice they walked around talking to everyone. We chose this place because of its location to my daughter’s house. But I never expected this kind of service. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Omg so clean and beautiful great job house keepers you better get a raise for such a wonderful cleaning job you all do! My room was spectacular. The bed was comfy I do think it needs 2 more pillows but other then that I really enjoyed it and will be back and will for sure recommend this place. We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and I love the breakfast room. Great room and it was very clean. They don't clean everyday unless you asked but no problem because I didn't have to worry about that sign everyday.

The hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful (even gave local recommendations), and the breakfast was PHENOMINAL!
